Fresh Croissants
	
Prosciutto
	
ELKI's Smoky Garlic Mozzarella Dip
	
Fresh Baby Spinach
	
Fresh Basil
	
	
1.  Cut the croissant in half and then in half again to form sandwich pieces.
	
2. On a griddle or nonstick pan cook a small to medium piece of prosciutto for 2-3 seconds on each side. 
	
   You do not want  it to be crisp like bacon but you want it slightly cooked.
	
3. Spread Elki's Garlic Mozzarella Dip on each piece of croissant.
	
4. Add prosciutto, a few leaves of baby spinach and fresh basil.
	
5. Enjoy!
