4oz Tilapia fillet
taco seasoning
1 jar Elki's Cucumber Wasabi Dip
olive oil spray
lime
2 corn tortillas
Condiments:
Avocado
salsa
nonfat sour cream
shredded lettuce
shredded cheese
Place tilapia fillet on a piece of aluminum foil and place on a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle taco seasoning on the fillet. Slice lime and place slices on the fillet. Cover with foil, as if to make a package. Place in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
After tilapia is cooked through, open up foil packet, discard lime, spread tortillas with Elki's Cucumber Wasabi Dip and enjoy the fish with your favorite taco ingredients!
